Cindy Jensen is the Founder & CEO of INPOWER ONE and has more than 20 years experience working with and for Fortune 100 companies. The company is headquartered in Beijing and provides business consultancy, executive coaching, and tailored made solutions for leadership and change management programs.

INPOWER ONE has also been awarded 3 accrediations by the ICF Level 1, Level 2 and an Advanced Accrediation in Team Coaching. The programs support those who are wishing to pursue coaching certifications and credentials.

Cindy brings business and real life work experiences to her Clients. She has a depth of cross cultural expertise having worked with leaders and teams from more than 20 different countries.

Cindy is currently completing her Master of Science in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College of London. She has a B.Comm from Dalhousie University, Canada, and, an International MBA from Rutgers University, USA.

Cindy is a PCC credentialed Executive Coach (ICF), a Mentor Coach, and a PCC assessor. She has an Advanced Team Coach Certification along with being an Accredited Coach Supervisor. Cindy is the former ICF Asia Pacific Co-Leader for the ICF Coach Training Community.

Cindy is a Corporate Strategy Advisor for Business for Better Society, a non-profit with a focus on building partnerships for purposeful and sustainable impact enabling female entrepreneurs. She is a former Board Director for Educating Girls in Rural China.

Cindy is a frequent speaker covering the topics of Leadership and Coaching in the global changing landscape. She has been living in China for more than 20 years.

Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of People, Inclusion and culture of Universal Music Group Greater China

Lora Xu is the Sales Director of a globally renowned human resources service company, with over 15 years of experience in human resources services. She serves clients including global top 500 brands, Chinese top 500 brands, and various scale and type enterprises. She is committed to public welfare for years. She joined VIVA in 2018 as a volunteer and served as a membership manager.

Lavender Xu is an overseas finance manager of an airline corporate. She graduated from the University of Adelaide, Australia with a Master of Accounting and Finance. With 8 years of financial work experience, she oversee all areas of finance and administration including payroll, accounts payable and receivables, cash management, general ledger, banking and reconciliations, and financial statements. She also provide strategic analyses for senior management to determine project and company profitability. She likes traveling, sports and enjoying nature.
